Autumn health tips

As is the autumn season, we must care more about our body, to do not get sick and have bad diseases.
To protect us we need to eat good, proteins, calcium, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and more healthy foods.

As we enter the colder seasons, autumn and winter we need to have an upgraded metabolism to avoid diseases and have a strong body. To do this we need to dress more thicker.
There are lots of autumn health tips but i`ll tell you most important:

  • Eat good – Very important, vitamins and proteins upgrade your metabolism and avoid the diseases.
  • Dress better – Very important to dress good for a cold season, it must not be cold for our body, so can fight good against flu.
  • Never sleep with windows open. Refresh the air 15 minutes before you go to bed.
  • Refresh the air in home 15 minutes, 4 times a day. Very important, do not leave windows open smaller but longer, keep them large open for 15 minutes.
  • Drink hot drinks, like mulled wine, tea and other drinks.
  • If you do effort, never think is hot for your body in cold seasons.
