Skin care

The skin is formed by 3 layers : epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Epidermis is an ephitelial multi-layer tissue, which is keratinized and located on the basement membrane. Dermis is dense conjunctive tissue and it has dermal papillae. The subcutaneous tissue is lax conjunctive tissue with fat cells. This last tissue is the body`s subcutaneous fat store.

We all use cosmetics, but not everyone knows how harmful they are (sometimes they are not skin care products ). Body lotions have a lot of substances that can irritate our skin or even to induct cancer forming. We should read carefully the prospectus of this kind of products and to use quality products in order to protect our skin. We must be very attentive when choosing cosmetic products so as to match our skin type.

Having a healthy skin doesn`t mean using cosmetics, it means having a balanced life style and being carefull with the things you eat and do. The skin is our most sensitive part of the body and it`s foolish to think that only cosmetics influence the beauty of it. Skin care means cleaning, hydration, tonifying, but also eating a lot of natural food ( vegetables : tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, carrots ; fruits : apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries, blackberries).

Skin care is an interesting field and we all should learn how to protect our skin and how to avoid things that can affect this part of our body.

Sports can help us to increase the beauty of our skin and to tonify it. Our diet should include food with usefull vitamins for our skin ( A vitamin, B2, E, zinc, B1 vitamin, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, selenium).

The massage has proven to be very useful in skin care. This should be done by a specialist and only with quality oils and cremes so as not to irritate our skin.

Our skin is one of the most important part of our body and we should be very attentive with it . If our skin is healthy, we will feel healthy and beautiful. Hope these health tips helped you, and you will think more about your skin.
